About Us

About Us

At CindyCare, we believe that meaningful recovery starts with care that recognises the whole person—their history, their values, and their goals. To support our diverse community, CindyCare offers services in both English and Mandarin—ensuring inclusive, accessible care for all participants.

Founded by Cindy Liu, a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in mental health, aged care, and community-based support, CindyCare was created to offer truly personalised support for people living with psychosocial disability.

Cindy’s journey began in hospital psychiatric units, where she saw firsthand the impact of consistent, recovery-oriented care. She recognised the importance of tailored support that empowers individuals to regain independence, build confidence, and reconnect with their communities.

That’s why CindyCare exists—to walk alongside each participant on their recovery journey, offering compassionate, professional, and flexible care every step of the way.

What We Do

CindyCare provides NDIS support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and core supports to individuals seeking to rebuild their lives with dignity and autonomy.

We specialise in:

• Tailored support coordination and recovery coaching designed around each participant’s lived experience, goals, and preferences

• A trusted team of experienced support workers who are compassionate, reliable, and focused on empowering participants

• Practical assistance to help individuals build skills, access services, and live more independently

We believe in walking alongside our clients—supporting them not only to access services, but to rediscover hope, build confidence, and reconnect with community.
