Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
At CindyCare, our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching service supports people living with mental health challenges to build confidence, independence, and meaningful lives—on their own terms.
We understand that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why our coaches take the time to truly get to know you, work alongside you, and support your progress in a way that’s flexible, respectful, and person-centred.
What Is Recovery Coaching?
Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded service designed specifically for participants with a psychosocial disability. It combines the benefits of support coordination with a recovery-oriented, coaching-based approach.
Our Recovery Coaches can help you:
• Understand and use your NDIS plan
• Develop a personalised recovery plan
• Set goals that are meaningful to you and take steps toward achieving them
• Build your confidence, motivation, and life skills
• Connect with mental health supports and community resources
• Strengthen your capacity to manage challenges and setbacks
• Stay on track through regular check-ins and flexible support
