As the title suggests, I let loose on this artwork. Using energy created from a build up of years of anger, it was a chance to release some much needed rage! I feel much better now.

Led by my emotions, they determine what I write and how I express a particular moment I've experienced with the use of words. It's how I release those suppressed emotions.
And bloody hell it's incredibly satisfying!

With my emotional impulses as the determining factor, I used sharp tools, sandpaper and inks to vigorously scratch into the emulsion of 35mm motion picture film.
Selected film stills have been enlarged, and printed with an acrylic face mount finish.
